8.2 Transaction records and financial data are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (as amended).

8.3 Identity verification documents are retained for the duration of your Account and for five (5) years following Account closure.

8.4 Where you have requested self-exclusion, gbets retains sufficient data to enforce the self-exclusion and prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

8.5 After the applicable retention period, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with gbets' data retention and disposal procedures.
