By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. gbets makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
3.4 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) gbets Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.5 Exclusions. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of gbets, its affiliates, game providers, and payment processors, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to register or play on the Platform.
4.1 To access the full features of the gbets Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. 4.5 You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the gbets Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). gbets does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. gbets accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers to supported Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards issued by Philippine banks are also accepted for deposits. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

6.1 gbets may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.

7.1 All bets placed on the gbets Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. Game rules are accessible within each game or betting section of the Platform.
7.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the gbets system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. gbets reserves the right to void bets in cases of technical errors, manifest pricing errors, or where there is evidence of fraudulent activity.
